We are a family owned cafe and bakery known by the locals for our freshly prepared breakfast , lunch, and creative, comforting bistro fare using the finest and freshest ingredients possible.  At the Lab, our goal is to provide you with menu offerings for any day or any mood.  From our Vegetarian Wrap to house made pulled pork and our award winning mac and cheese, we strive to satisfy your appetite any day of the week.  We offer several house made soups and sandwiches, as well as delicious heart warming casseroles and comfort foods.  All menu items are available at any time of the day including our breakfast selections.  

We don't stop there.  Our dinner to go menu is made especially for our guests to want to pick up dinner on the way home from work, or have us deliver dinner to your door.  Casseroles to-go and pick up or drop off catering are our specialty. 

Our current customer favorites are  The Saratoga Special Salad, Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese, Smoked Salmon BLT, Curried Chicken Salad, Dilled Egg Salad, our Oceanside breakfast burrito and our new addition, orange french toast.  Our house made five seed, honey wheat, french, or ciabatta are the perfect accompaniment to our delicious sandwich and salad offerings.   

Most of our soups are either gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian.  We always have gluten free food options available.
