What sets us apart?
Real Butter, Quality Sugars and Flours, Local Award Winning Dairy, Real Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, and the finest cocoas and spices make The Cupcake Lab's cakes and cupcakes some of the best around. These ingredients cost more, but you're worth it. We use NO trans fat products in any of our baked goods.
Our cupcakes are made fresh in the morning so that you get a fresh cupcake all through the day. Our special orders aren't made the day ahead. You can be assured that your order is being prepared especially for you, just hours before your special event.
When you know in advance that you want cupcakes, please call ahead and place your order, no matter how big or small, so that we can be assured of having what you desire. Without a special order request, our full cupcake selection is available from 11am until we sell out. Feel free to call us for our daily selections. If we can fill your order, we will. We don't require a minimum of 24 or 48 hours. Short notice requests are filled whenever possible.
We don't stop at cakes and cupcakes. We have a full selection of cookies, pies, whoopie pies, scones, muffins and any other baked good that you need available by special order. (Items such as scones, and cookies are available at The Lab every day, but sell out quickly.)
